Although Line 370 - designates the tax rebate as a Children's arts amount, the programs eligible for this money are extensive and include money paid for programs that:1.contribute to the development of creative skills or expertise in an artistic or cultural discipline including:The program must have been at least 8 weeks long or 5 days if it was a full day activity.- literary artsOR
- visual arts
- performing arts
- music
- media
- languages
- customs
- heritage;
2. provide a substantial focus on wilderness and the natural environment
OR
3. help children develop and use particular intellectual skills
OR
4. include structured interaction among children where supervisors teach or help children develop interpersonal skills;
OR
5. provide enrichment or tutoring in academic subjects.
